The Agile movement proposes alternatives to traditional project management. Agile approaches are typically used in software development to help businesses respond to unpredictability.

Increasing competitions in the ISV space has raised the need of a flexible yet collaborative software development methodology. Reddot Infotech has experience in the traditional Waterfall development methodology as well as Agile development methodology.

In the Waterfall development model, our aim is to utilize defined processes and tasks. Our traditional development process consists of eight different stages handling all documentation and requirements of the development lifecycle.

The various agile methodologies share much of the same philosophy, as well as many of the same characteristics and practices. But from an implementation standpoint, each has its own recipe of practices, terminology, and tactics.
